    Consensus specific to this protocol

    1. 本协议用于在链上发布和管理密码应用（Capp)。

    2. 密码应用（Capp）：是以非对称密码为身份或账户系统的应用。

    3. AID（Application Identity）：是在链上声明自己为Capp的cid，即Capp的身份。aid为cid的子集。

    4. 一个cid同时只能代表一个capp，申请代表新的capp必须终止之前已经发布的capp。

    流程

    1. 注册cid：为准备发布的capp注册一个专用的cid。

    2. 发布capp：在链上发布capp，参见[发布capp](#发布capp）

    3. 更新capp：在链上更新已发布的capp信息，参见[更新capp](#更新capp）

    4. 终止capp：在链上注销capp，宣布终止该capp终止运行和服务，参见[终止capp](#终止capp）

    5. 评价capp：aid是cid的一种，任何人可以按《FEIP16_Evaluation》协议对该adi进行评价。

    6. 版本更新：capp的版本更新等重要正式信息，由相应aid按照《FEIP8_Declearation》发布链上声明。
